SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We always aim to dispatch our hardback journals, notebooks, cards and books within 5 working days, although this is usually quicker.
Some of our items are printed or produced outside of the UK and whilst we our best to meet our dispatch dates, we are aware that production and shipping from outside of the UK can sometimes be delayed.
Where this happens, we will inform you as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated (based on the information provided to us by our manufacturers and shippers) on a regular basis.
Bespoke and personalised items may take longer to ship, but we will inform you as soon as it has been dispatched to you.
Where we charge p&p for the shipping of physical items, this is based on standard second class postage. If you require something different, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, although of course this will incur an additional fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Small Print
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital downloads are neither goods nor services, meaning the law is a little different. If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it (what is known as the 'cooling-off’ period), you will have to give your consent to waive the 14 day cooling-off period.
If you do not give your consent, the 14 day cooling-off period still applies, however, you will not be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.
This is to stop you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
We accept no responsibility or liability should returned items to us not arrive, or arrive damaged.
If you wish to return part of a set, or package, which is sold at a lower rate than if sold separately, then any retained items will be deemed to have been sold at their full price, (as stated on our website) and any refund will be minus this cost.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:-
Items on sale
PDF items which have been downloaded, even in part
Any book which has been signed by the author (you can request this by email at the time of purchase)
